Our Story
The moving industry has changed. Customers today are more educated and have higher expectations. We studied the common problems — on both sides — and built something different.
After years handling estate moves and caring for the belongings of Vancouver's most discerning residents, our founder saw something missing. The industry focused on logistics. Nobody was focused on the people.
Moving is one of the most stressful life events. The stress isn't just about logistics — it's about trust. Who is handling my grandmother's jewelry? Will my art arrive intact? Will the movers respect my home?
We built West Van Pro Moving around one idea: treat every client like they are the most important person in our day. Because they are.
Our goal is to make moving easier, more organized, and more reliable — by improving the customer experience and delivering service the way it should be done.
